Special Requests and Notes.

  • Use the open format memo field to advise us of any special needs you may have eg. baby seats, wheelchair access needed, flight arrival details or second booking needs.
  • Re Second bookings : If you wish to book more than one car rental or hotel for example you can use the memo field to advise of the requirements. Provide the answers to the fields as laid out on the booking panel (See the example below) Multiple bookings can be made in this way. The memo field continues to expand to allow you to type as much information as you need.
  • Special requests, notes and 2nd bookings
 
  • Group/Type: Enter the group or Type of the vehicle you wish to book eg. Group B Toyota Camry. Please note that bookings are made by car group not by any particular model. Rental companies do not guarantee a particular model. The Group/Type is shown on the respective car rental product pages.
  • Number of Days: Car rentals  are calculated on the basis of 24 hour periods of hire not calendar days. It is usually better to pickup and dropoff at the same time of the day to maximise your rental duration. Extra hours may be charged at the rate of a whole day.
  • Campervan hires are calculated on the number of calendar days while on hire.

Other Services.

  • Type of Service: Indicate the nature of the product you require for example Ferries- indicate whether you require just foot passengers or vehicle to be booked.
  • Return Journeys: Your return journey details should be shown on the memo field as per the fields on the booking form.
  • Flight Arrivals: Flight arrival  details including your flight no. and arrival time should be included on your notes/memo field.if known.

Flight Reservations.

  • Our consultants will book the best available flights to fit your requirements and may make recommendations to ensure you get the best value fare on the market.
  • Special requirements such as special meals,baby basinets,invalid assistance etc may require individual attention and our experienced consultants may contact you to ensure all your needs are catered for.
  • Flights from regional centres of Australia. If you are departing from a regional centre please type your departure town name in the Memo/Special request field. Bookings for connection to Australian departure cities should be made with your travel agent or via the local carrier by phone or on the internet.
